For the holidays, Fleur de Peau is available in an exclusive and precious limited edition. On the bottle, the revisited illustration comes to life in a two-dimensional case adorned with gold.
The box features festive soft felt decor, hand-created by English artist Lucy Sparrow, then carefully photographed and reproduced on the packaging. Each product thus becomes a fragment of this “art object”, an invitation to rediscover our childish soul, celebrating winter wonder.
This elixir pays homage to the legendary love between Psyche and Eros, which gave birth to their daughter, Hédoné, goddess of pleasure. Musk, the only scent worthy of this myth, occupies the heart of Fleur de Peau, revealing itself to be mellow, soft and velvety. Enriched with iris and ambrette seeds, it reveals all its tactile and sensual dimension.
The brand was founded in 1961 by three singular personalities united by a strong aesthetic alchemy: Christiane Montadre-Gautrot, Yves Coueslant and Desmond Knox-Leet. Fed with a common passion for drawing, they start creating motifs for fabrics and wallpapers, and decide to open their first shop with two entrances (like a diptych) in Paris, Boulevard Saint Germain.
