Through the faceted walls of recyclable glass reflecting the light, the fine fragrant stems of natural rattan of the Roses diffuser are multiplied in a prismatic effect. Offering one of Diptyque's iconic scents, the Roses diffuser carries the language of love. A fresh fragrance with aquatic notes and rose petals, the mystical flower par excellence, the delicacy of its essence is translated into sweet fruity accents. Endlessly refillable, the fragrance evokes a bouquet of roses wet with morning dew and diffuses in large spaces for 3 to 4 months.
The brand was founded in 1961 by three singular personalities united by a strong aesthetic alchemy: Christiane Montadre-Gautrot, Yves Coueslant and Desmond Knox-Leet. Fed with a common passion for drawing, they start creating motifs for fabrics and wallpapers, and decide to open their first shop with two entrances (like a diptych) in Paris, Boulevard Saint Germain.
