Passionate about the 18th century and its perfumed court, Parfums de Marly created Oriana, a fragrance with a hypnotic and addictive trail. On a refreshing opening of bergamot and mandarin, the notes of raspberry and orange blossom announce a suave heart. The twist of this juice comes with this subtle reinterpretation of a whipped cream accord that brings sweetness and greed. It is said that the famous "cream of milk" was created by the ice cream maker Procope in honor of the Dauphin and future king Louis XV in the castle of Chantilly in France. The notes of Vanilla, Musk and Marshmallow brings a warm and comforting feeling.
Fascinated by the beauty, refinement and excellence of the 18th century, the company's founder, Julien Sprecher, decided to found Parfums de Marly in 2009. A true tribute to the Chateau of Louis XV, a palace of pleasures, where the most extravagant and exclusive parties took place. The king's court was so obsessed with perfume that it was nicknamed the ‘court of perfumes’: pouches, fans, gloves and even fountains were bathed in fragrance. The House aims to revive the splendours of a golden age of perfumery.
