Nose: How would you define the concept of Spiritum?

Jonathan Dufour: Spiritum Paris is a brand created following a shamanic and spiritual retreat in Peru that I took in 2020. Spiritum illustrates the world of numerology and spirituality through perfumes.

Nose: The number 2 is linked to the moon in numerology. What specific meanings do this number and the moon have for you?

Jonathan Dufour: The moon, the most powerful and mystical star, exerts a profound influence in astrology and spirituality. Each phase of its cycle is unique, associated with an astrological sign and rich in meanings that vary depending on the time of year. Its perpetual circle connects us to the energies of the universe, and each step of this lunar journey reveals mysteries that captivate and fascinate my soul.

Nose: How did you incorporate this essence of the moon into Numero 2 Astral Twin? Could you tell us more about the creative process behind this fragrance?

Jonathan Dufour: For me, the moon evokes sensations of coldness, dryness, sparkle and powdery softness. With Philippe Paparella, we have selected the ideal raw materials to capture this vision: bergamot and cypress bring a sparkling freshness, iris embodies the powdery aspect, while lavender and mint translate the captivating coldness of this creation.

Nose: Who is this perfume for? What message or emotion do you hope people will feel when wearing the Numero 2 Astral Twin?

Jonathan Dufour: This fragrance is of course aimed at all genders, but it particularly resonates with those looking to connect to a fresh and sparkling energy, such as that of the moon. It also attracts people sensitive to the power of the number 2, symbol of intuition, sensitivity, love, loyalty, union, diplomacy and sociability.
