Created in 2020 by Jakub Hiermann for sculptor Tereza Štětinová, Genesis is the culmination of a rich artistic dialogue. Inspired by the light of waves in the sun, a summer garden awakened by dew and the first impressions of a summer day, this fragrance captures dreams, hope and carefreeness. He also draws on the Bible and Virginia Woolf's The Waves, where waves and light shape dreamlike stories.
The first public presentation of Genesis in 2021 coincided with an exhibition exploring the ""feminine principle"", where Pigmentarium chose this fragrance as its olfactory theme. Seduced by this creation, Tereza Štětinová designed a series of works inspired by its fragrance. This collaboration led to the decision to bring Genesis to the general public, transforming a private creation into a universal artistic celebration.
Genesis offers a unique sensory experience with fresh top notes of verbena and aldehydes, a delicate heart of fig and lily of the valley, and a deep musky base. Evoking innocence and rebirth, it invites you on a poetic and timeless olfactory journey.
The first independent Czech perfume house made its debut in Prague in autumn 2018 with the fragrance Ad Libitum. The creation of the brand is strongly influenced by the younger generation's look at the fundamental artistic direction and lifestyle of the Czech Republic in the first half of the 20th century. Functionalism, modernity and the avant-garde are interpreted through contemporary fragrances and means of expression.
