Fleurs d'hiver

At the end of her design studies, Charlotte Baverel wants to develop a creation sustaining local agricultural activity, one she could produce in small series. It’s during her encounter with an herbalist passionate about bees that Fleurs d’Hiver was born, a French infusion brand telling the story of honey coming from flowers.
Fleurs d’Hiver, founded in 2018, surprises the senses, associating honey with aromatic plants. Bleuet Mélisse, Menthe Basilic, Patchouli Sureau... So many soothing and comforting combinations during long winter nights. Each of the herbal tea is presented on a wood stick, ready to be infused. It can be tasted hot as well as iced, depending on the season.
