Susanne Kaufmann learned the healing powers of herbs with her grandmother. At the age of 23, in 1993, she took over her family's Post and Spa Hotel in Bezau, Austria. There, she developed her skincare line from natural alpine ingredients with a team of pharmacists and dermatologists. In 2003, the brand started to be commercialised.
