Souci

Also known as Calendula officinalis, marigold, cultivated in the Mediterranean basin, is a flower with flamboyant yellow and orange colours. In infusion, its virtues are numerous. Its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and moisturizing properties owe its success to it. Combined with mandarin, the infusion is greedy, sunny and soothing. The sweet bitterness of marigold is balanced by the tenderness of honey. The infusion can be enjoyed both hot and iced.
