description
This fragrance invites the senses to immerse themselves in the heart of the majestic Scottish Highlands, where a crackling fire in a family home steeped in history creates a warm and intimate atmosphere. Kilian Hennessy, in collaboration with perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur, designed this fragrance inspired by the essence of the finest whisky: a single malt aged for at least twenty years in a single cask, embodying the quintessence of Scottish tradition . The fragrance opens with a bright, fruity and slightly bitter note of bergamot. It then evolves towards a sophisticated heart, structured around a fresh and sparkling bouquet of orange blossoms and tuberoses, enriched by lingering notes of styrax and Tolu balsam. These elements delicately evoke barrel aging and the mysterious mists of the Scottish moors. Finally, cedar provides a robust base, enveloped by a sensual and spicy accord of immortelle flowers, leaving a subtle but lasting imprint on the skin. The bottle, inspired by the most beautiful cocktail glasses, is engraved with the letter “K”, capturing and reflecting light from all angles with elegance.

Kilian Paris

Heir to one of the major French cognac houses, Kilian Hennessy wanted to take over the project of his family. The smells of his childhood spent near the family cellars in Cognac inspired him when he chose to work on the semantics of smells. In search of the "share of angels", a language common to gods and humans, he then met the world of perfumes: the sugar of alcohol and the wood of wine cellars can then be found in many fragrances by Kilian.
