A word from the perfumer

Sidonie Lancesseur

A summer internship at Robertet in Grasse was all it took. Sidonie Lancesseur trained at ISIPCA in Versailles and joined Robertet as an assistant perfumer in 2004. Two years later, she became a perfumer under Michel Almairac — who passed on something precise: a taste for lean formulas, where every raw material earns its place.

Her instincts lean woody. Patchouli and vetiver carry memories of a childhood country house, and that personal grounding shapes how she works — pushing natural raw materials into unexpected territory, layering facet against facet until something singular emerges.
