For the duo Roses on Ice and Angels' Share, Kilian is inspired by liquors that reflect his Hennessy heritage. Angels' Share is the result of a collaboration with the famous French perfumer Benoist Lapouza, a true conductor in terms of note balance. Both of them plunge into their olfactory memories to deliver a fragrance with the unique scent of Hennessy oak barrels soaked in cognac. The fragrance takes its caramel color from this exceptional eau-de-vie, a key ingredient of the perfume, reflecting the quality of the spirits historically made by its family. The heart notes of cinnamon and tonka bean absolute melt into the lingering notes of sandalwood, praline and vanilla in the base for a fragrance so powerful you'd be drunk on it. The "angel's share", referring to the tiny part of the alcohol evaporating into the atmosphere during ageing, is a beautiful tribute to the delicacy of the liqueur. The result is an intoxicating perfume with a woody base.
