For Angels' Share, Kilian is inspired by the liqueurs that hark back to the Hennessy family's heritage. In collaboration with renowned French perfumer Benoist Lapouza, a true conductor of note balance, the two noses delve into their olfactory memories to deliver a fragrance with the unique smell of oak barrels soaked in cognac. In a bottle reminiscent of a prestigious spirit, the fragrance takes its caramel color from this exceptional brandy, the key ingredient of the perfume, in the image of the quality of the cognacs historically produced by its family. The notes of cinnamon and tonka bean absolute in the heart melt into the lingering notes of sandalwood, praline and vanilla in the base for a finish so powerful you'd be drunk. The "angel's share", referring to the tiny part of the alcohol evaporating into the atmosphere during aging, is a beautiful tribute to the delicacy of the liqueur. The result is an intoxicating fragrance with a woody background.
Let yourself be transported to the heart of Kilian's heritage, where the combination of two exceptional skills results in a powerful yet perfectly balanced fragrance. The freshness of the cognac at the top gives way to an intoxicating gourmand caramel. The intensity of this warm, fragrant scent makes it an ideal evening fragrance, very pleasant to wear all year round.

A young vanilla caramel complexed by rum, whose greedy aspect stands out from the liqueur-like woody background.

journalist opinion
When the heir to the Hennessy family pays tribute to his family, he takes up this very inspiring idea of "the angels' share", the part of a brandy that escapes into the air during barrel aging. Around a real cognac extract, this intoxicating fragrance is built around an oak absolute, cinnamon essence and tonka bean. A rare and precious elixir, with an incredible caramelized color, to be enjoyed until the end of the night.

Kilian Paris
Heir to one of the major French cognac houses, Kilian Hennessy wanted to take over the project of his family. The smells of his childhood spent near the family cellars in Cognac inspired him when he chose to work on the semantics of smells. In search of the "share of angels", a language common to gods and humans, he then met the world of perfumes: the sugar of alcohol and the wood of wine cellars can then be found in many fragrances by Kilian.
