Nestled off the coast of Elba, Montecristo evokes a rocky, uninhabited island bathed in sunshine, silence... and legends. Once a pirate hideout immortalized by Alexandre Dumas, this wild and untamed territory becomes a perfume ingredient: mineral, spicy, sensual.
At the heart of the composition, helichrysum, a Mediterranean flower known as Immortelle, brings a dry, sunny signature. The heart is more sensual and enveloping: a honeyed sweetness intertwines with rose, bringing a subtle floral roundness. At the base, oud, cistus, incense, and myrrh evoke the warmth of stones and signify a sunny, elegant, and wild fragrance.
