Description

Conceived by Francis Kurkdjian, Manakara emerges from a clear encounter: at dawn, freshly picked Damascena roses from the Bulgarian valley of Kazanlak; at zenith, pearly lychees ripening on the coast of Manakara, Madagascar. The biting start of lychee, sweet and crystalline, blends into a vibrant heart of Bulgarian rose with velvety nuances; in the base, a veil of delicate musks joins a light vanilla, a sweet softness, and the woody transparency of Iso E Super, for a soft yet tenacious trail that clings to the skin like the breeze of a tropical morning.

"What has always touched me about Indult is the accuracy of the formulas and the way of going straight to the point. I discovered the first Indult collection about ten years ago, when it had disappeared from the shelves for a few years. Since then, I have made sure to extend the spirit, with the same high standards and the same respect for the simple beauty of the materials." - Kim C. Charles
