Susanne Kaufmann lernte bei ihrer Großmutter die Heilkräfte von Kräutern. Im Alter von 23 übernahm sie 1993 das Post- und Spa-Hotel ihrer Familie in Bezau (Österreich). Dort entwickelte sie mit einem Team von Apothekern und Dermatologen ihre Hautpflegelinie aus natürlichen alpinen Zutaten. 2003 wurde die Marke kommerzialisiert.
