The Khôl Noir brings intensity to the eyes thanks to its pure pigment lead. The formula is 98% natural ingredients and contains castor oil to accelerate hair growth. An infusion of squalane and vitamin E leaves the skin soft and moisturised after each application. The pencil glides on for easy application and a clean result. Developed in France in the town of Hesdin l'Abbé, this pencil is made from cedar wood and has a recyclable metal cap.
