The 6 types of skin their duration of self-protection
In principle, there are six different skin types. Each skin type has its own individual self-protection time. The sun protection factor extends the self-protection time by a corresponding factor. This means, for example, that for a skin type 2 you can theoretically stay in the sun for 30x10 min = 300 min with SPF 30. To avoid burning, however, you must make sure you apply the right amount of product, reapply regularly and respect the UV index.
