Where did you decide to spend your holidays this summer, in France or in a nearby country?

In France! Near Saint-Malo, in Brittany.

What are your favorite spots in Brittany?

  1. The Café Rouge, in Dinard for the best crepes butter and sugar.
  2. Comète, in Saint Lunaire for a delicious local cooking, and a menu changing every day.
  3. The Langouste Bleue, a pretty flea market in Saint-Briac with a great selection.
  4. Longchamp’s beach to watch the sunset and eat a waffle.

What fragrance are you wearing this summer?

I love Bois d’Ascèse, I received it as a gift a while ago.

Which are the most wanted colors this summer? Are there any new trends this season?

No there is no trend, rather a desire of natural colors and individuality. A nice colour must highlight the eye and the complexion!

What are the effects of the sun on colored hair? What is the color most concerned?

The sun can considerably alter color. Blond colourations are most concerned about this matter. It can turn grey: the soin nuance blond doré is ideal to address it. It can also turn yellow ; in this case, it is better to use the soin nuance blond pur to counter the effect.

Can we do a hair coloration during summer? Which haircare do you recommend to preserve it?

The hair is sensitized by the sun and the sea during summer, so it is not recommended to color it for now. It’s important to deeply care the hair, with a vegetal oil, as lavender oil for instance. And don’t forget to use hair masks!

What are your advice to sublimate colored hair during summer?

To sublimate your hair, you can benefit from the fact that hair ends enlighten with the sun, and preserve this sun effect which goes well with the tan. You can ask your hairdresser to do some highlights near your face contour to match the hair ends.

For those who might have had more trouble with their colored hair, when do you re-open?!

On August, 24th!
