Nose is finally introducing a line of ceramic incense burners with incense of supreme quality.

A collaboration with painter Setsuko Klossowska de Rola, widow of painter Balthus, that created a line decorative items for Astier de Villatte. Among others, a cat-shaped incense burner from which the smoke of the incense curls out of the half-open mouth. A tribute to her husband "The king of cats".

The Astier de Villatte incense are made by the Koh-shi, the masters of aromas from the Awaji island in Japan. At Nose, you can find seven out of the eleven scents that were developed by perfumer Françoise Caron. The incense is 100% natural and comes in boxes of 125 sticks with a burning time of 30 minutes.

In order to disseminate the smell of incense in the most optimal way, Astier de Villatte has designed special ceramic incense burners that incarnate famous historical events.

Heir to the tradition of the great Parisian ceramic workshops of the eighteenth century, Astier de Villatte creates ceramic pieces using the ancient technique of stamping. Each piece is handcrafted, engraved in the ground, with the signature of the brand, A and V intertwined, and the initials of the craftsman who made the ceramic.
