Eight & Bob

Eight & Bob is the history of a Parisian nobleman, Albert Bouquet, and the young John Fitzgerald Kennedy, who was captivated by the essence that Albert wore during his stay in France. He then asked Albert to send him eight samples, and if the production allowed, "another one for Bob". Not only did Albert send him the fragrances, but also a beautiful glass bottle. Albert soon received requests from America and the cologne quickly became popular in the US among Hollywood actors such as Cary Grant and James Stewart.
Due to the war and to Albert's death in a car accident in Biarritz, the success of Eight & Bob's fragrance was put in standby. Philippe, the family butler, hid the bottles inside books therefore preventing the formula from getting lost in time. Several decades later, the brand has been recovered, along with its carefully crafted production process.
